Trial allowance is now shown in Account settings

Account settings displays your active trial usage as percentages instead of hiding the limit, along with the trial end date and a reminder that it does not renew on its own.

Trial usage in Account settings

Account settings now shows how much of your trial allowance is used, how much is still available, and how much is reserved by requests that have not finished yet. The trial end date is shown as well, with a note that the trial does not renew automatically. Previously the usage limit could be missing from the screen entirely; the panel now falls back cleanly when the usage snapshot is unavailable and restores itself on refresh. (#811)
