Delete your account

You can delete your ai-game.dev account (AI Game Dev, including the desktop app and the iOS and Android apps) at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

On the website

  1. Sign in at ai-game.dev/app/profile.
  2. In Danger Zone, choose Delete Account.
  3. Type DELETE and choose Confirm Delete. You are signed out everywhere.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription or free trial by itself. Cancel it first on ai-game.dev/account/usage, so that it is not charged again.

In the iOS or Android app

  1. Open Settings → Account & devices while signed in.
  2. Tap Delete account…. Your account page on ai-game.dev opens in your browser.
  3. Follow the website steps above.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

What is deleted

  • Your email address, password, display name, time zone and linked social sign-ins; you can no longer sign in, and every API token and session is revoked.
  • Your phones and computers registered for remote control, with their push notification tokens, pairings and relay usage counts. (The relay's own logs, which are overwritten within days, are not deleted early.)
  • How you first reached us, and the record of AI requests we refused.
  • Our link from your account to the records of which AI provider served each request; those records are deleted 60 days after the request.
  • Files you uploaded for image, video, audio or 3D generation, and the results, are deleted on their usual 7-day schedule. Files sent to or returned by Tripo are kept until you ask us to delete them, so email us if you used 3D generation.

What we keep

  • Billing, invoice, tax and usage records, for at least 7 years (about 10 years for EU VAT), as the law requires.
  • Checkout consent records, for 6 years, no longer linked to your account.
  • The one-way digests that stop repeat free trials: card digests for 24 months after the card was last used for a trial or subscription, and the other trial signals for as long as we offer the trial.
  • The text of your image, video, audio or 3D generation requests, kept with the usage records; the text of price quotes you did not go ahead with.
  • Website analytics events and operational server logs, until they are no longer needed (we do not yet guarantee deletion at a fixed age); crash reports for 90 days.

The Privacy Policy (Sections 7 and 9) has the details. Apple and Google keep their own records under their own terms.

Can't sign in? Questions?

Email privacy@ai-game.dev from the address of your account and ask us to delete it, or to delete specific data without deleting the account. EU/EEA and UK residents can also use the data-subject request portal linked in the Privacy Policy. We answer within one month.
